On any given week there are countless events on all manner of fitness business topics. Yet none of them specifically cover the things that we feel we need to fire us up to reach unprecedented levels of success and satisfaction, not only professionally but personally, too.
So rather than waiting for someone else to solve the problem for us, we drew on a combined three decades of experience in fitness business, education and events to create the Fuel Women’s Fitness Business Summit.

All things considered, we look to be clear of lockdowns but, well, we just can’t know for sure! We’re as committed to making this happen as we’ve ever been and look forward to sharing this amazing experience with you.
Here are a few things to note.
If COVID (or some other unforeseen force majeure) prevents us from holding the live event in Sydney or Auckland, we’ll move to an online (and still awesome) version of the event. This means that we’ll automatically transfer your ticket to a virtual seat.
Once you purchase or make a deposit on a ticket, you are considered a registered attendee of the Fuel Women’s Fitness Business Summit 2025. If you need to cancel for any reason, you’ll need to send an email to deborah@fuel-summit.com requesting a cancellation.
We really appreciate your support and understanding as supplier commitments often require us to make non-refundable payments based on attendee numbers anywhere from 12 weeks out from the event.
In the event that you really can’t make the event, we fully encourage you to transfer the ticket to someone else who would benefit from attending. You can transfer your ticket to a friend, colleague or family member anytime up to 72 hrs prior to the event. Simply send an email to deborah@fuel-summit.com with your transfer request and connect us to the person who’ll be taking your ticket.
In the case that you’re planning to travel to Sydney or Auckland and will incur travel and/or accommodation costs, we strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance. You’ll want to ensure that the policy you take out covers COVID-related disruptions, among other things. Your credit card may also provide some level of coverage. We can’t advise you on this so it’s best to do your own research to make sure you feel confident in your choice of coverage.
