The Fuel Woman of the Year award seeks to celebrate and honour the trailblazing women who are reshaping the landscape of the fitness industry with passion, innovation, and a touch of fearlessness.
To celebrate the launch of our Auckland event, we’re opening nominations for the first-ever Fuel NZ Woman of the Year.
Fuel Woman of the Year isn't just an award; it's a celebration of brilliance, tenacity, and leadership in the fitness world. We're searching for the women who aren't just breaking barriers but shattering them. These are the visionaries who've carved their own paths, the rebels who've turned challenges into opportunities, and the champions who lead with both their heads and their hearts.
If you are (or someone you know is) a woman who has charted an individual course in the fitness industry, challenged the norms, and emerged as a leader who inspires, you might just be our Woman of the Year! We're seeking candidates who embody three core principles: Pathforging, Head-and-Heart Leadership, and Amplification of Voices.
You've defied conventions, forged your own way, and inspired others to join the journey. No matter the size or scale, your story is one of resilience, courage, and a commitment to excellence.
You're not just a leader; you're a force of nature. Your approach combines strategic intellect with genuine empathy, creating a culture of collaboration and support that propels individuals, businesses and the industry forward.
You don't climb alone; you lift others with you. You've actively worked to amplify the voices of women around you, fostering growth, development, and equal access to opportunities within the fitness community.
