Mairi thompson

Mairi Thompson is a Menopause Exercise Specialist, Pilates Instructor, clinical therapist and former representative for the Australian Olympic Medical Team with over 20 years experience in health, fitness,  movement, sport science and clinical work.

She specialises in helping fitness professionals confidently adapt fitness and health programs for women in menopause, with a focus on strength, bone health, joint pain and advocacy.

After teaching and educating 100’s of fitness professionals, Mairi’s mission is to create Nations of Strong Menopausal Women through movement, education, collaboration and community.

Passionate about helping women step into their power through knowledge strength and self advocacy, Mairi believes fitness professionals can play a vital role in changing the menopause conversation for women everywhere.
