As a woman in the fitness industry, being able to stand up and deliver your message compellingly is crucial. To speak well is to inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more. If you're an aspiring speaker or keen to polish your speaker skills, join us inside the Fuel Speaker Academy.

Delivered by Fuel Women's Fitness Business Summit co-founder, Alisha Smith, this program will guide new speakers through the process of presentation creation and delivery.

Each 90-minute workshop will be delivered monthly via Zoom, with recordings available to watch online for 30 days after each session. Live participation is highly recommended in order to maximise the benefit of the workshop-style sessions. You'll be working through the program with the same group of people so you'll have a constant source of motivation and support!

Over 6x 90-min virtual sessions, you'll work in a collaborative and supportive setting to:

• Learn what makes a great presenter and presentation
• Build confidence and overcome imposter syndrome
• Trial techniques for brainstorming session concepts
• Discover educational techniques that great presenters use to engage, educate and change
• Craft compelling session titles and descriptions that get attention (for the right reasons!)
• Draft, iterate and refine your content
• Design standout presentation decks
• Prepare for the logistics of being a speaker, and more!

You'll also get:

• 1x 60-min one-on-one session with Alisha throughout the program, with the option to tack on additional sessions to hone your skills and craft your message. 
• Access to a dedicated WhatsApp group monitored by Alisha for the duration of the program. You can share discoveries, ask for support from fellow academy friends, and get feedback on homework tasks.
• The chance to submit your final presentation for consideration to be selected as our Flamethrower presenter at Fuel Women's Fitness Business Summit 2024, held in Sydney, Australia on Friday May 3rd 2024.*

Alisha draws on over 25 years of public speaking, speech and drama, and events experience to help you develop your ability to command a room. 

Alisha knows what makes a presenter exceptional; her background in events production and program development has included the recruitment of hundreds of presenters from around the world. She loves helping women find and hone their own unique messages while finding and honing their voices.

As an educator and speaker, Alisha has presented in multiple countries through Asia Pacific, North and Central America, and Europe,  across conference stages, event stages, classrooms, and more.
