nikki rubino

Personal Trainer | Animal Flow Regional Leader

Nikki Rubino’s desire to help improve her maturing parents’ quality of life inspired a career change to the fitness industry. In 2016, after 12 years as a TV editor, Nikki certified as a personal trainer and began to pursue her passion for helping clients with disabilities and older adults.

Over the past 8 years, Nikki has amassed thousands of hours training older adults in face-fo-face and virtual environments. With a clear philosophy of helping her clients to experience a more holistic approach to mobility and strength for longevity, Nikki has become the go-to trainer for older adults in her professional network.

The sense of achievement on Nikki’s clients’ faces fuels her own; in these sessions, no achievement is too small to be worthy of celebration.

Nikki is a Head Coach at Jungle Botany, a group and personal training gym in Sydney’s eastern suburbs and Sydney Regional Leader for Animal Flow, a quadrupedal movement discipline.
